Sam takes a balanced approach in exercise and nutrition and has trained me to lose the bad habits. I’ve learned that my goals won’t be ruined by one “bad” weekend and to keep things more consistent. I’m now eating more food, training more effectively, and seeing all the benefits!

Sam is a knowledgable and passionate trainer. His programs are personalised and challenging, and I was impressed by how thorough he was and the effort he puts in. He is always there to check in and is full of advice and helpful tips.

When I first came to Sam I was rocking a full blown ‘DadBod’. With 2 little ones my health and fitness had taken the back seat. There was a moment when my pants didn’t fit me anymore and that’s when I knew I had to do something about it. Sam truly changed the way I go about my day to day life for the better. It wasn’t a fad approach, but rather a sustainable lifestyle change for long term results. 

Sam is a gun with nutrition. I hate “diets” and I love food and a drink, but he was able to tweak things so that I was able to still get results without having to completely restrict myself. I would recommend Sam to anyone that is looking for someone to help them achieve the goals they’re after!

When I started with Sam I was 96kg, sedentary and felt uncomfortable in the gym and lifting weights. 

Sam’s approach was incremental, and a no bullsh** approach. He put in the foundations so I could start taking accountability for my health and fitness. I now weigh 89kg and go to the gym at least 2-3 times per week.

He gave me a great beginners routine that I I could do in the gym by myself to build familiarity and confidence lifting on my own. I’ve seen numerous PT’s on and off for the past 3 years, and Sam has been hands down the best. He understands that you’re putting your body in his hands and gives you his undivided attention and provides great value.

His holistic approach to fitness really resonates with me and gets the results. Sam designs a fitness and wellbeing program that includes nutrition and training, and incorporates my own favourite activities yoga and swimming. He provides great knowledge on the how and why we are doing things and gives me great tools to monitor my progress. 

 

I achieved my goal of losing 10kg in my first phase of training and am now on my way to achieving my second set of strength and toning goals. I’m eating more than I ever have ands the weight is still dropping off. I have the new fitness habits that give me an abundance of energy and I feel like i’m in the 30s not the wrong side of 45.
